Youth Outreach Workers assist youth 12-25 yrs. to access services that can be of support to any aspect of their lives. Youth Outreach Workers spend their time connecting with street-involved or vulnerable youth who are not yet connected to 360ᵒkids programs and other social and community services across the Region. The goal is to build relationships, assess needs and refer youth to appropriate services.

360°kids also has a Enhanced Youth Outreach Worker (EYOW) whose role is to engage and connect with youth (ages 12-25) in York Region who may be experiencing mental health and addictions concerns, which may include:
- Anxiety, Depression
- Family circumstances, Life Changes
- Peer and Intimate Relationships
- Exposure to violence
- Unemployment
- Poverty
- Crime
- Grief and Bereavement
- Psychosis
- Trauma
- Academics
- Emotion regulation, coping with stress
- Substance Use

The services that are provided are youth centered and strive to collaborate with youth to develop supports such as counselling (individual and/or family) and case management that are tailored to each youths individual goals.
Services are mobile, meeting youth in the community, (for example), at libraries, community centers, coffee shops or in the home; there is no cost associated with these services.
